Tuesday(22/11) was perjumpaan hari raya in IJC. There was supposed to be a rehearsal in the morning and so i came early. I should have known better. A typical malay event, nothing goes as planned and it was delayed. So just slacked around in the morning until 11. Awaited the arrival of Harlem(Halim), who made a special appearance for kompang. The principal nor the vice-principal bothered to attend the event, and we ended up accompanying Cikgu Hani and Fitria. After out part, we quickly changed and got out of school to eat at causeway.
Adeel, Harlem and me went to play DOTA for a while and i skipped the soccer run in the process. Just went for the field training.
Wednesday(23/11) was supposed to be Mayflower Primary jalan raya. In the end only 4 people turned up. Izam, Nurulhaq and me met at Ang Mo Kio. Went to Suhaila's house and slacked there for a while as we did not have a next destination. Then met Firdaus at Woodlands and went to Khairuddin's house. Thats all.
Thursday(24/11) had innova jc open house. It was more like a carnival affair for us. The turn out was poor, and most of the cca groups were taking part in each others' activities. There was even chartered bus for the visitors. The school's going all out to woo the students but pity the crowd wasn't there. Spent the bulk of my time at the futsal court.
After that went with Ricca to meet the Mayflower people who had a second day of jalan raya. Many more people turned up. This time there was Izam, Nurulhaq, Syfulnizar, Khairul, Siti and Fadilah. They went to Cikgu's house while i went home to shower and change. Later on Suhailah, Nasyitah and Firdaus joined us at Cikgu's house. Someone unexpected and can be said uninvited by us turned up as well. I was surprised that he asked whether i recognised him. Some questions are needless to be asked.
I don't take solace out of one's misery but i was relieved when he left right after Cikgu's house. It wasn't out fault that none of the guys talked to him. He should have known better. We then proceeded to Firdaus's place at Sembawang, Khairul's Syitah's and Izam's places at Ang Mo Kio. The atmosphere was kind of stagnant, partly due to the fact that it has been years apart. Wasn't exactly joyous, but nostalgic nontheless.
